When Can I Expect My Order To Arrive? 

Processing times (meaning the time from when your order is received to when it is shipped) are approximately 5-8 business days. If it is a made to order item, the processing time will be 10-15 business days. If you need your order sooner, please send me a message before placing your order. * Please note that if a certain date is not included items may take longer to process. Always contact me directly if you need your order before a specific date, and I will work with you to get it to you by then. 

Lost/Stolen Packages: If your package is lost or stolen, please contact your local postal office. Once the package leaves my hands it is in the hands of the USPS. They can assist you in recovering/refunding you for the lost package but ONLY if you purchased priority shipping. First Class shipping does not come with insurance and you cannot file a claim only a complaint.

 

Do You Take Custom Orders? If It's Something You Do Not Offer In Your Store, Can I Request It?

I reserve the right to accept custom orders on a case by case basis, and custom orders may incur extra charges. I will not make a design that is offered by another maker. I will ask that your purchase that item/design from them.

NO Instagram DMs regarding your orders will be accepted. I am not always on social media and may miss them. Please email any concerns!

Returns/Exchanges:

All made to order earrings/items are FINAL SALE. Returns and Exchanges are not accepted. If anything happens to your earrings upon arrival please email me immediately. I ask that you let me know within 4 business days of the arrival. After that I cannot be certain that the error was in fact from transit or mishandling of the package. If a repair or replacement is needed, please allow up to 5 business day for that to go out once I receive the original package. While I do my best to make sure each item that I make is going to last for years to come things to happen, especially with items that are handmade. If an items that you purchased breaks please email me and I will assess how to move forward with that item. If there are repairs that need to be made on an items that was NOT the customers fault and it was within 30 days, I will gladly replace at no charge. If somethings happens after the 30 days, I will review each case by case and customer will need to pay for shipping the item back if a repair or replacement is needed. 

Custom items-If an item is returned due to a reason we both agreed upon, only a refund will be issued once I receive the items.
